Matthew Bratsis
As Vice President of Contractor Services, Matthew is responsible for all lending and finance operations within OPTIMUS Financing. He works directly with lending partners and affiliates developing and creating the most up-to-date finance offerings for EGIA’s vast contractor base. In addition, Matthew leads EGIA’s business development strategy, as well as the design and implementation of finance training content.
Matthew has been an integral part of the home improvement finance industry for over 20 years, with stops at American General Finance, Greensky and Renovate America. Matthew attended Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating with a degree in Psychology.
Jesse Davis
Jesse is President and Head of Home Improvement at GreenSky. He has been with GreenSky since 2012 and leads the Sales, Strategic Partner Relationships, and Marketing teams for the organization. Prior to GreenSky, Jesse had roles in the home improvement industry with EnerBank USA as Senior Relationship Manager, and Lyon Financial as a Merchant Services Manager. Prior to his career in home improvement finance Jesse founded and sold several small businesses.
Mike Robinson
Mike comes from a contracting family business where his dad ran a successful General Contracting company. After a brief professional football career in the Canadian Football League, Mike spent time with IBM as well as with software developer JD Edwards. However, it wasn’t long after he graduated from Northwestern University with a MBA, that Mike decided to return to his contracting roots. Mike began his HVAC career in 1992 buying Arrow Heating & Air Conditioning in Racine/Kenosha, Wisconsin. By 1996, the company had grown from $800,000 in 1992 to annual revenues over $5 million. Mike sold the company to Service Experts in 1996 and he took over the Eastern Region for Service Experts, managing over $175 million in annual revenues in 10 States. After leaving Service Experts in 2001, Mike has been a consultant and trainer to HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical contracting businesses, was the President of one of the industry’s first HVAC training affinity groups and led the development of the industry’s first Vendor Rebate & Discount program. Today, Mike owns and runs Smith Plumbing & Heating in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a $20 million a year in revenues Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical residential services company. Mike holds a BS in Computer Science & Accounting, is a CPA, played professional football in the CFL and has a graduate degree in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.
