Customer experience does not end with the recommendation. From financing options to credit card processing, the way contractors present and collect payment can directly impact convenience, confidence and the overall buying experience. Learn why having a complete payment solution can help reduce friction in the field, support your team and make it easier for customers to move forward.
In this episode of Matt Chatts, Matthew Bratsis and the OPTIMUS team sit down with David James from Service First Processing to discuss the importance of offering payment solutions that go beyond financing. They break down how credit card solutions, financing options and a smoother payment process can help contractors create a better customer experience in the field and beyond.
