Most small business owners start their business for financial gains and freedom to be their own boss. However, as a company grows and become more profitable the demands and challenges can quickly become overwhelming. So how can you navigate this journey without running yourself into the ground?
In this episode of Matt Chatts, Matthew Bratsis and the OPTIMUS team sit down with Roslyn Fitzgibons, Owner of Moxie, and Contractor University Business Coach, Joel Torma, to discuss how contractors can grow their business without having to work 24/7. They break down how to hire the right people, empower your team to make confident decisions, introduce financing as part of a stronger customer experience and shift from constantly working in the business to leading the business.
