Matthew Bratsis

Vice President, Contractor Services

As Vice President of Contractor Services, Matthew is responsible for all lending and finance operations within OPTIMUS Financing. He works directly with lending partners and affiliates developing and creating the most up-to-date finance offerings for EGIA’s vast contractor base. In addition, Matthew leads EGIA’s business development strategy, as well as the design and implementation of finance training content.

Matthew has been an integral part of the home improvement finance industry for over 20 years, with stops at American General Finance, Greensky and Renovate America. Matthew attended Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating with a degree in Psychology.

Eric Gude

National Sales Director

Eric started with EGIA as a Regional Director in Sept 2019. In his current position Eric manages the Contractor Services team that includes dealer and distributer training, dealer onboarding and customer service. Eric came to EGIA with over 25 years of Banking, business development and finance experience mostly at American General Finance/One Main where he held various positions of management.

Eric holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science from The University of Maryland- Baltimore County, as well as a Masters of Business Leadership from William Penn University.

Jeremy Chandler

Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships

For the past 20 years, Jeremy has helped contractors all over North America gain access to the industry’s best financing programs and provided hands-on training so that they’re prepared to offer flexible payment options to homeowners. This has helped thousands of contractors increase close rates, maximize results on every opportunity, and made high efficiency systems much more affordable. As National Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships, Jeremy helps enroll and train Contractors and Manufacturer reps on the OPTIMUS Financing program.

Jeremy is well-experienced in all areas of financing for the HVAC industry and takes pride ensuring that Contractors are comfortable and confident offering these options to their customers. He is proud to work at EGIA knowing that the non-profit contractor network is able to provide home service contractors with access to the industry’s top financing and business training programs. One of the many reasons Jeremy loves OPTIMUS is the consumer experience it provides both Contractors and homeowners by always delivering a “yes” during the all-important credit decision process. Eliminating “no’s” while providing the easiest process and prime-subprime options all with one soft credit pull.

When not working, Jeremy enjoys outdoor activities with his family like camping, hiking, attempting to golf, or out drifting in his supercharged Nissan 240sx.

Scott Carreiro

National Account Director, Hisense USA

Scott has been a member of the Daikin organization for 10 years and brings 30 plus years of sales management experience in the HVAC industry. He is currently serving as a National Accounts Director for Daikin Comfort Technologies. In previous roles he served as a Vice President for Amana Heating and Cooling and was a Residential Sales Manager for Carrier Distribution.

Having worked as a Sales Manager for two different HVAC contractors, Scott trained many Comfort Advisors and Selling technicians. He has sold in the Home, as well as done installation and service during his Career.

Scott served as a board member of ACCA and was a member of the Distributor Advisory Council for Carrier and ICP, and a Presidents Club Member for Watsco. He is ACCA manual D&J certified, a certified heat exchanger expert, has his EPA Universal card and a commercial air balance certification from NCI. He brings a wealth of knowledge of the Industry.
