Matt Chatts 'After the Show' | Challenges Promoting Financing Options
After the latest Matt Chatts live episode, they answered some questions from the audience on the challenges contractors face promoting financing and making customers understand how a payment solution can ease their price concerns.
After the show, one contractor said their biggest challenge right now is:
"Promoting our financing options to customers."
Bratsis began by stating that he had just wrapped up an episode of Matt Chatts on branding and promoting, and that he hopes a lot of the answers they are looking for are in that show.
"The fact of the matter is you have the conversation on how they're gonna pay for this," said Bratsis. "You need to have it on your website, you need to make people aware that you offer payment solutions."
Bratsis went on the explain that while financing used to be thought of as only for poorer customers, wealthier people are starting to understand its power and take advantage of payment solutions.
So for Bratsis and his team at OPTIMUS, promoting financing is about communicating to the customer that most people take advantage of financing, regardless of their financial situation.
