Matt Chatts 'After The Show' | How to Scale Your Company Vision
After the latest Matt Chatts live episode, they answered some questions from the audience on the challenges contractors face when deciding how to explain financing for HVAC customers.
After the show, one contractor said:
"I want to know how to scale my company vision globally."
Bratsis began by stating that while he did not know this specific contractor's vision, he too has scaled his vision of what OPTIMUS Financing could be.
"If you want to scale your vision, you have to get the people around you to buy in to share that vision," said Bratsis. "They have to own a part of that vision."
Bratsis explained that workers often thrive when they are set up with incentives that reward them for doing their best work. Business owners need to make sure that their employees understand why they are incentivized to succeed, and what they need to do to receive those incentives.
Bratsis explained further that while yes, he will take all the credit for coming up with the idea of OPTIMUS Financing, the business would've never come about if it wasn't for his staff working diligently to achieve his vision.
